キャンセル・振替について Cancellation Policy

レッスン(授業)当日の昼12時までにお電話、または、ラインにてご連絡くだされば、キャンセルや変更は無料です。

振替日時などは追ってご相談させていただきます。

その後は、

12時〜直前までは、

中高生 1レッスン料の半額

小学生以下 一律1000円

授業開始時間後は、

1レッスン料の全額

以上をキャンセル料として頂戴いたします。

個々の案件やご都合に関しましては、都度相談させていただきます。

Cancellation Policy

①No fee will be charged if you notify before 12 noon of the day of your lesson.

②50% of the lesson fee (1000yen for 6th or under graders) will be charged from after 12 noon to just before starting the lesson.

③100% of the lesson fee will be charged after the time of starting the class.

Please ask if there is any special individual circumstance which should be taken into consideration(/account).

This policy may be revised when necessary.
